By accessing, downloading, or using the Look AI mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Look AI provides a virtual try-on and styling platform powered by artificial intelligence. Users can upload photographs of themselves to visualize how various clothing items might appear on their person. The Service includes software, content, updates, and related documentation.
3. User Conduct & Content Rules
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- Upload images that depict explicit nudity, violence, or illegal content.
- Upload images of other individuals without their explicit, documented consent.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software or AI models provided.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, AI generation models, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Look AI and its licensors. You retain all ownership rights to the original photographs you upload, however, by uploading them, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process those images strictly for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on results to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Look AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last updated" date.
